Shipping Locations:
Edelmeubels delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Deliveries to other European countries are possible on request.
Postage costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the furniture. The exact costs will be displayed during checkout. Shipping is free for dining tables and coffee tables within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping Methods:
We work with reliable courier services or our own transport to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.
Production time:
All furniture is custom-made after receipt of order. Production time is 8-10 weeks.
Delivery time:

Other European countries: on request
Assembly service:
Edelmeubels offers free assembly within the Netherlands, provided the space is on the ground floor and easily accessible. For higher floors, a lift can be arranged at an additional cost if necessary. If assembly is not possible, we will deliver to your door. Please ensure all access routes are clear and accessible; additional charges may apply if the assembly is rescheduled.
Returns Policy
Custom products:
Because our furniture is custom made, it cannot be returned.
Cancel:
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable due to production already underway.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement product or a suitable solution.
Legal compliance:
The returns policy described above complies with Dutch law. Since our furniture is custom-made, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal as described in Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. In the event of damage or defects, the customer is entitled to a proper solution in accordance with the statutory warranty.
